Dage is a 3D engine. However there are possibilities to create 2D sprites, coding full adventure game by hand is time-consuming, but should be possible. You could use Adventure Game Studio or Wintermute Engine instead.
I don't know. At least a 1.5 GHz processor with Ati Mobility Radeon 9700 is running Dage smoothly.
We don't know if anyone has yet created any games with Dage. Most features are visible in the Demo that comes along with latest Dage Engine build.
Dage is free for commercial and non-commercial use. However, it is not open source. If you wish to make money from your game (either shareware or commercial) you should contact the developer, as there are issues you need to concern.
Personally I love adventure games, and I want to play more 3D adventure games. I'm hoping Dage would spice the genre.

Currently all Dage-tutorials can be found on this site.
No, sorry. Other than the original Demo I have not had the time to make any games.
The Windows version is made with Delphi using GLScene and Karmarama Lua Wrapper.
Not yet. There is a plan to implement Linux and Mac versions of the Engine, which would mean you could basically develop a game with Windows version and run it with same resource files in Mac and Linux.
Sorry, Dage is not open-source. If the day comes, I don't want to continue developing Dage, I will release it as an open source.
